GENERAL BILL by Mitchell
Local Infrastructure Funding; authorizes use of revenue-sharing moneys received in excess of guaranteed entitlement for municipalities & second guaranteed entitlement for counties as pledge for local indebtedness re infrastructure; permits small disadvantaged counties to participate in small communities sewer construction grants program, contingent upon identification of additional funding source, etc. Amends 218.25, 403.1838.
