Collier Co./Charitable Hospital; provides for liens in favor of nonprofit corporation operating charitable hospital within county upon causes of action, suits, claims, counterclaims, & demands accruing to patients, or their legal representatives; provides for liens upon amounts due under hospital insurance & upon judgments, settlements, & settlement agreements for charges for hospital care, treatment, & maintenance; provides for recovery of costs, etc.
