Growth Management; requires that local planning agencies include representative of district school board; repeals provision which provides requirements for public school facilities element of local govt. comprehensive plan adopted to implement school concurrency program; revises requirements for future land use element & intergovernmental coordination element re planning for schools; provides requirements for future land use maps, etc. Amends Chs. 163, 235, 236.25. APPROPRIATION: $500,000.
