Public Record/Victim & Witness Info.; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for certain information re victim or witness who has been identified or certified for protective services or relocation services; reenacts such exemption & removes October 2, 2002, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995; clarifies language. Amends 914.27.
