Sentencing of Minors; limits age at which minor convicted of offense punishable by death or life imprisonment may be sentenced as adult; revises requirements for state attorney re prosecuting minor as adult for certain violent felonies & for offense punishable by death or life imprisonment; requires court to conduct hearing after child has reached specified age to determine whether child is rehabilitated, etc. Amends 985.225,.233,.226,.227; creates 985.2335.
