Public Records & Meetings Exemptions; amends provision which provides exemptions from public records & public meeting requirements for meetings of Fla. Violent Crime & Drug Control Council during which active criminal investigative info. or active criminal intelligence info. is discussed, & for recordings of, & notes generated during, such meetings; reenacts such exemptions & removes October 2, 2002, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995, etc. Amends 943.031.
