GENERAL BILL by Council for Smarter Government ; Kyle ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gannon ; Kosmas ; Sobel
Land Trusts; prescribes additional entities that receive ownership interest in trust property when named trustee; clarifies that Real Estate Brokers, Salespersons, Schools, & Appraisers law is applicable to real estate brokers acting as trustees; provides exceptions; revises language re time in which disclaimer of interest in certain property may be made, etc. Amends 689.071,.21, 475.01.
