Marital Assets & Liabilities; provides for unequal distribution of marital assets & liabilities when fault, attributed to one spouse, leads to dissolution of marriage; provides that liability incurred by forgery or unauthorized signature is nonmarital liability; provides for attorney's fees; provides exception. Amends 61.075.
