Producer Licensing Model Act; creates said act; provides purpose & scope; defines terms; provides for licensing & for applications for examination & license; provides for nonresident licensing; requires notification to Insurance Dept. if assumed name is used; provides for denial, nonrenewal, & revocation of license; provides for commissions & appointments & for reciprocity; provides for reporting of actions; authorizes Insurance Dept. to adopt rules, etc.
