SB 328: Juvenile Sentencing
GENERAL BILL by Geller
Juvenile Sentencing; provides for court to sentence juvenile who has committed criminal offense to combination of juvenile & adult sanctions; requires that juvenile complete juvenile commitment program as part of such sentence; authorizes court to impose adult sanctions if juvenile violates any provision of juvenile commitment program; deletes provisions prohibiting court from imposing combination of adult & juvenile punishments. Amends 985.233.
