GENERAL BILL by Benson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Evers

Controlled Substances/Carisoprodol; adds carisoprodol to Schedule IV of controlled substance standards & schedules; reenacts specified provisions re driving under influence, persons under 21 years of age driving with blood-alcohol or breath-alcohol level in excess of specified threshold, boating under influence, drug-free workplace program requirements, treatment of intractable pain, sale of substance in lieu of controlled substance, etc. Amends 893.03; reenacts various FS.
