GENERAL BILL by Brutus

Paternity/DNA Testing; requires DNA testing at birth & maintenance of such records by Health Dept.; provides for analysis by court order; requires that determination of paternity proceedings be electronically recorded; authorizes new trial re determination of paternity under certain circumstances; provides conditions for granting of relief re motion for new trial; provides for genetic testing, payment of fees, & costs. Creates 382.0136, 742.125; amends 742.011.
