HB 383: Local Option Ninth-cent Fuel Tax

GENERAL BILL by Mahon

Local Option Ninth-cent Fuel Tax; provides that certain counties levying said tax shall receive preference points to calculate eligibility for receipt of any transportation grant for which county applies. Amends 339.12.
