Insurance/Minority-Owned; extends term of exemption from taxes & assessments on minority-owned property & casualty insurers; redefines term "covered policy"; revises required amounts of insurance required for certain for-hire passenger transportation vehicles; exempts group health insurance policies insuring groups of certain size from rate-filing requirements; authorizes dept. to adopt by rule certain provisions of Long-Term Care Insurance Model Regulation, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: 07/01/2002 except as otherwise provided
