GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Public Medical Assistance; removes annual assessment on hospital outpatient services to fund public medical assistance; repeals provision which provides for annual assessment on certain other health care entities to fund public medical assistance; amends provision which provides for annual appropriations to replace funds lost due to reductions made by specified provision to remove reductions in assessment under certain provision. Amends 395.701,.7016; repeals 395.7015.
