Public Records/Violent Crime Council; abrogates future repeal of exemptions from public-records & public-meetings requirements which are granted for meetings & records of meetings of Florida Violent Crime & Drug Control Council at which active criminal investigative or intelligence information is discussed. Amends 943.031.
