Ernest Belles Act; defines term "pharmaceutical adverse incident" & requires that such incidents be reported to Health Dept.; provides exceptions; requires department to review reported incidents to determine whether incidents potentially involve conduct by health care practitioner that is subject to disciplinary action; specifies that any disciplinary action shall be taken by appropriate board; provides for adoption of forms & rules.
