Controlled Substance/Within 1000 Ft.; prohibits sale, manufacture, or delivery of controlled substances, or possession of controlled substances with intent to sell, manufacture, or deliver, within 1,000 feet of any postsecondary educational institution, public park, or public housing facility; provides penalties; ranks such offenses on offense severity ranking chart of Criminal Punishment Code. Amends 893.13, 921.0022.
