HB 503: Trial Courts

GENERAL BILL by Simmons

Trial Courts; provides that circuit courts shall not have appellate jurisdiction over felony cases tried in county court; provides that county courts have jurisdiction over certain felony traffic & vessel cases & misdemeanor cases arising out of same circumstances as such felony cases; provides that district courts of appeal have appellate jurisdiction over felony cases tried in county court, etc. Amends 26.012, 28.30, 34.01, 35.065.
