Driver's Licenses/ID Cards; revises application requirements for issuance of ID card; revises application requirements for issuance of driver's license & duplicate driver's license; revises expiration period for said license issued to person who established his or her identity by using specified identification documents; requires person issued such license to renew it in person & submit certain identification documents, etc. Amends 322.051,.08,.17,.18,.19,.212, 921.0022.
