GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice
Transportation; revises traffic control jurisdiction of county over certain roads & rights-of-way dedicated in residential subdivision under certain circumstances; authorizes specified entities to remove crashed motor vehicles in certain circumstances; revises language re sale of motor vehicles registered or used as taxicabs, police vehicles, lease vehicles, or rebuilt vehicles & nonconforming vehicles, etc. Amends FS.
