Schools/In-school Suspension; revises definition of term "in-school suspension" to include additional alternative program; provides funding for establishment of School-based Alternative to Suspension Programs (SASPs) within two specified school districts; provides process for applying to Education Commissioner for funds to establish & conduct SASP; provides program requirements; requires annual report; provides for future repeal. Amends 228.041; creates 230.23155. APPROPRIATION.
