Fish & Wildlife Conservation Comm.; revises violations & penalties re saltwater fisheries; creates penalties for purchase or sale of illegally harvested saltwater products taken in violation of specified provision of State Constitution; revises procedures for seizure & forfeiture of property used in illegal taking of deer or wild turkey; provides for exercise of police power of state in cases re illegal fishing, etc. Amends Chs 370, 372, 323.001.
