GENERAL BILL by Council for Smarter Government ; Criminal Justice Appropriations ; Ross ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rubio ; Mayfield

Civil Penalties; authorizes use of civil penalties to fund local law enforcement automation under certain circumstances; removes provision that prohibits governmental entities & court from providing information re driver improvement schools or course providers; provides for deposit of funds from moving violations occurring on interstate or Fla. Turnpike into Grants & Donations Trust Fund within FDLE & provides for use of funds, etc. Amends 318.21,.1451.
