GENERAL BILL by Rubio ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Allen
Actions Against Law Enf. Officers; redefines term "law enforcement officer" for purposes of payment of costs & attorney's fees in certain actions commenced against law enforcement officer; requires that officer's employing agency pay legal costs & attorney's fees under certain circumstances involving emergency, imminent death or bodily harm, or pursuit or apprehension of offender, etc. Amends 111.065.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
