Aquifer Storage & Recovery; authorizes specified demonstration projects; provides for protection of drinking water sources; provides for zone of discharge surrounding aquifer storage & recovery wells, & provides requirements & restrictions; requires written notice to landowners whose properties overlie zone of discharge of proposed aquifer storage & recovery project; provides for compliance with drinking water standards, etc. Creates 403.065. APPROPRIATION: $1,000,000.
