GENERAL BILL by Peaden
Adoption Assistance; provides authority for CFS Dept. to enter into interstate agreements with other participating states for medical & other necessary services for special-needs children; establishes procedures for interstate delivery of adoption assistance & related services & benefits; provides for rules; prohibits expansion of state's financial commitment. Creates 409.406,.407.
