GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Peaden

Community Mental Health Services; requires that CFS Dept. use certain funds to expand provision of crisis services & community mental health services; requires that new funds for crisis services or community mental health services be appropriated in lump-sum category; requires that spending plan include schedule for phasing in new community mental health services, etc.
