JOINT RESOLUTION by Finance and Taxation ; Transportation ; Clary ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Latvala
Tax Exempt/Municipal/Special-Dist.; constitutional amendment to provide that municipal or special-district property used for governmental or municipal purposes is exempt from taxation & to authorize Legislature to enact general laws to exempt from taxation municipal or special-district property used for transporting passengers or cargo at airports or deepwater seaports. Amends s. 3, Art. VII.
