Legislature/Resolution of Impasse; repeals provision to remove requirement that Governor declare impasse of certain collective bargaining negotiations at time Governor's recommended budget is submitted to legislature; provides no mediator or special master shall be appointed for disputed impasse issues when Legislature is legislative body; provides statement to Legislature's discretionary authority to address disputed impasse issues, etc. Amends 447.403; repeals 216.163(6).
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
