Public Records/Medical Records; creates public records exemption for medical records & medical reports of injured employee & injured employee's identifying information contained in medical bills provided to AHCA & DOE; provides exceptions to exemption; provides for future review & repeal; provides statement of public necessity. Amends 440.125.
