Firefighter & Police Pensions; provides extended time period for recognition of supplemental firefighter plans; provides extended time period for recognition of supplemental police pension plans; prescribes guidelines for selecting trustees for closed plans of specified size; provides for termination of plans after distribution of final benefit payments.
