GENERAL BILL by Heyman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rich ; Sobel ; Bucher ; Gannon ; Lerner ; Betancourt ; Weissman ; Gottlieb ; Bennett ; Gelber ; Garcia ; Bullard

Windstorm Insurance Policies; provides that insurers may not use model to determine hurricane-loss factors for use in rate filing until Fla. Commission on Hurricane Loss Projection Methodology finds that publicly owned model developed by State University System is reliable to determine such factors; provides for assignment by association of personal lines residential policies located in deauthorized area to authorized insurers, etc. Amends 627.0628,.351; repeals 627.062(6).
