Local Govt. Employees & Contractors; authorizes state & federal criminal record checks for certain county employees, contractors, & appointees; authorizes state & federal criminal record checks for certain municipal employees, contractors, & appointees; permits denial of employment under certain circumstances by counties or municipalities for positions deemed to be critical to security or public safety. Creates 125.580, 166.0442; amends 112.011.
