Interception of Communications; adds aircraft piracy & solicitation to commit certain offenses to list of crimes for which interception of communications may be authorized; allows judge, in investigations of acts of terrorism, to authorize continued interception anywhere within state of wire, oral, or electronic communications under specified conditions; provides for future expiration of provisions granting such authority, etc. Amends 934.07,.09.
