SB 732: Domestic Violence/Court Costs

GENERAL BILL by Meek

Domestic Violence/Court Costs; requires court to impose additional mandatory court cost upon person found to have committed act of domestic violence; provides for deposit of portion of such court costs in Domestic Violence TF; directs that funds generated pursuant to specified provision be used for legal services for victims of domestic violence; requires CFS Dept. to contract with statewide nonprofit association to offer legal services, etc. Amends 39.903,.904; creates 938.14.
