Family Services; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1226,CS/S734) redefines terms "domestic violence", "family or household member," & "dating relationship" for purposes of cases involving domestic violence; requires Supreme Court to develop presuit-mediation pilot programs & provides requirements for programs; revises timeframe for completing parenting course; repeals provisions re Florida Family Visitation Network, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION.
