GENERAL BILL by Slosberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Betancourt
Fla. Safety Belt Law; creates "Dori Slosberg Act of 2002"; deletes obsolete language; revises Fla. Safety Belt Law to eliminate requirement that law be enforced as secondary action when driver of motor vehicle has been detained for another violation; provides restrictions on authority to search based on safety belt violation. Amends 316.614.
