Veterans; revises provisions re state appointment & duties of veterans' homes' administrators; eliminates requirement that certain interest be deposited into Grants & Donations Trust Fund; requires accounting of certain funds in Residents' Deposits Trust Fund & eliminates requirement that interest accrued in fund be deposited into Grants & Donations Trust Fund; designates "Clifford Chester Sims State Veterans' Nursing Home" in Bay Co., etc. Amends Ch. 296.
