GENERAL BILL by Council for Healthy Communities ; Mahon ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baxley ; Jennings ; Rich ; Lerner ; Sobel ; Brutus ; Gelber ; Fields

Adoption; reduces time period within which action must be filed to nullify adoption or termination of parental rights on grounds of fraud or providing false information; provides time limitation for use of scientific testing to show probability of paternity; requires CFS Dept. to maintain paternity registry within state registry of adoption information; enacts Interstate Compact on Adoption & Medical Assistance, etc. Amends Ch. 63; creates 409.406,.407.
