GENERAL BILL by Council for Lifelong Learning ; Dick ; Fasano ; Fiorentino ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sobel ; Melvin ; Murman ; Baker ; Stansel ; Lynn ; Bense ; Richardson ; Bean ; Gannon ; Needelman ; Romeo ; Crow ; Pickens ; Bendross-Mindingall ; Wishner ; Bullard

Sexual Offenders; requires school bus stop location information; prohibits certain sexual offenders subject to conditional release supervision from living within specified distance of certain places where children congregate; prohibits persons convicted of certain sex crimes from residing within 1,000 feet of school, day care center, park, or playground. Amends 234.02, 947.1405; creates 794.065.
