Sexual Offenders; requires school bus stop location information; prohibits certain sexual offenders subject to conditional release supervision from living within specified distance of certain places where children congregate; prohibits persons convicted of certain sex crimes from residing within 1,000 feet of school, day care center, park, or playground. Amends 234.02, 947.1405; creates 794.065.
