Bail Bonds; provides for costs for services by clerk of court; limits circumstances under which court may order discharge of forfeiture; requires that certain written factual findings be included in said orders; requires remission to be paid by county within specified time period; requires payment of interest on remission under certain circumstances. Amends 903.045,.26,.28.
