Mental Health Treatment; provides additional criteria for involuntary examination at mental health receiving facility; provides additional criteria for involuntary placement for said treatment; requires order for outpatient treatment to include requirements for provision of services & procedures in event of patient noncompliance; provides for waiver of time periods for hearing on involuntary placement if voluntary agreement to treatment is obtained, etc. Amends FS.
