Sexual Predators & Offenders; defines terms "institution of higher education" & "change in enrollment or employment status" for purposes of Fla. Sexual Predators Act; provides additional registration requirements re sexual predators who are enrolled, employed, or carrying on vocation at institution of higher education; provides for testing of certain persons for HIV under certain circumstances, etc. Amends Chs. 775, 943, 944, 960.
