State Attorneys/Reports; amends provision re State Attorney RICO Trust Fund; revises requirements for explanation, submission, & maintenance of sentencing deviation reports for prison release reoffenders who do not receive mandatory minimum sentence; repeals provision re annual report by Fla. Prosecuting Attorneys Association re prosecutions, etc. Amends 27.345, 775.082; repeals various FS.
