United States Southern Command; recognizes & appreciates positive influence, at present & in future, of Southcom's presence at its current location in Miami-Dade County towards furthering of this nation's relationship with its Latin American neighbors, fostering of international trade opportunities, & strengthening of defense of our southern borders.
