SB 954: Local Govt. Employees & Contractors

GENERAL BILL by Smith

Local Govt. Employees & Contractors; authorizes county or municipality to require, by ordinance, screening of employee, appointee, or applicant for employment or appointment to position that is critical to security or public safety; permits denial of employment under certain circumstances by counties & municipalities for positions deemed to be critical to security or public safety, etc. Amends 112.011.
