Veterans; revises provisions re state appointment & duties of veterans' homes' administrators; authorizes more than one veterans' nursing home; designates state veterans' nursing home in Bay Co. as "Clifford Chester Sims State Veterans' Nursing Home"; designates state veterans' nursing home in Charlotte Co. as "Douglas T. Jacobson State Veterans' Nursing Home", etc. Amends Ch. 296.
