Administrative Law Judge; authorizes administrative law judge to conduct hearings concerning certain allegations against officer under Administrative Procedure Act; provides for penalties; provides final order authority to administrative law judge for cases involving certain allegations against officers; specifies manner in which certain hearings must be conducted; provides for judicial review of final orders by administrative law judge. Amends 943.1395.
