West Palm Beach Firefighters Pension; (Palm Beach Co.) provides for creation of West Palm Beach Firefighters Pension Fund; provides for sources of revenue & service pensions; provides for disability pensions, medical examinations, & return to work; provides that pension is not assignable or subject to garnishment; provides for existing benefits to continue; provides for lump sum payments of small retirement income; provides for Internal Revenue Code limits, etc.
